You may be a real estate agent or a third party real estate advertising site looking for community information in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago and looking for ideas to put on your site. Whatever you do, don't copy any information from our real estate site including our pictures.

If you Do, We'll find Out

Most of our information is from our own research, thoughts and analysis of the Chicago suburban communities we specialize in and we do use software that searches the web to insure our information and pictures are not copied and placed on other websites.

In other words, if you do copy our information or pictures, we'll find it and we won't be too happy about it!

Some of our information comes from public sources available to you such as the U.S. Census Bureau, Government sites and for REALTORS, the Multiple Listing Service of Northern Illinois (MLSNI). Feel free to use those sources of information since it is in one way or another paid for by you.

We are flattered if you do like our information and if you sincerely desire, feel free to link to the page with the information from our site to yours including our marketing reports but in absolutely no way will copying our information and placing it on your website be tolerated.

In the long run, coming up with your own website content will be much more beneficial to your users then copying information from other sites. We know it's harder to do.... but in the long run, you'll be rewarded.
