The 40,000 square foot theater is one of the first 12 sites under development in the U.S. by Gold Class Cinemas which is part of Australias largest movie chain, Village Roadshow and is planned to open in September of 2008.
The new 600,000 sq. ft. lifestyles center in South Barrington is being developed by Northbrook based Jaffe Cos and is 80% leased out with notable companies such as Ruth's Chris steakhouse.

Hmmm... that is kind of surprising that it is not planned for one of the multiple Las Vegas local casinos or in Palms Place. I would think it would do pretty well in Las Vegas. I love the new Las Vegas real estate site by the way!

I'm surprised no one has thought to do that here in Las vegas on the strip. Then again, I guess they don't want you sitting in a movie theater for 2 hours!
