We were recently looking at South Barrington homes and came across a home in a very established community located at the end of a Cul-De-Sac with just under two acres. The South Barrington land it is sitting on is absolutely incredible and the price is great.
The South Barrington home is being marketed as a teardown but surprisingly, this 1970's home is actually in pretty good condition. It would need some updating but when you factor in the comparisons of the prices of vacant lots in South Barrington, it's quite a good deal.
For a buyer that understands the real value of South Barrington real estate, this is certainly a home where the land alone is well worth the price... and the home is livable until the owner is ready to build.
