Barrington Illinois Area Real Estate Reports

Our newest search for Inverness IL homes has shown that some Inverness IL real estate sellers have caught on and finally reduced their prices.  A couple of Inverness homes we viewed have reduced their prices by more then $100,000 since their original list date.

One Inverness home priced for only $475,000 is actually a fantastic value when you consider that there are some Brand New Inverness homes with hardly any land that are selling for over $600,000.  The New Inverness homes that are selling with a base price of $550,000 plus are obviously being purchased by Inverness new home buyers that have no representation because they obviously do not know about the resale homes sitting on more land that are selling for less.
