Barrington Detached Home sales for June of 2007 drop 40% compared to June of 2006.
According to information provided by the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) of Northern Illinois the amount of reported detached home sales for the Barrington Area (10) for June of 2007 was 48 homes. In comparison, the same period for June of 2006 showed 80 Detached homes in Barrington closing -- for a 40% decrease in detached Barrington area homes that sold.
Median Selling Price for Barrington Detached Homes increases 2.4%
While the number of Barrington single family detached home sales decreased, the Median price of the sold homes for June of 2007 was $640,000 compared to $624,500 for June of 2006 or a 2.4% Increase.
The Barrington area Real Estate Brokerage with the Most Listings for Barrington Homes (Detached) that sold for June of 2007
RE/MAX of Barrington led the way for June of 2007 with 9 Barrington area homes sold or 18.8% of the Barrington Area (10) as reported by the MLS.
Barrington Realty and Coldwell Banker Residential tied in second with 7 detached Barrington area homes sold or 14.6% each.
National Existing Home Sales Decrease 3.8%
